How to Order.
Provide detailed work description, requirements information, via E-Mail.

Please provide as much information, via e-mail first, in advance of phone conversation. (contact info, photos, size considered, work required etc.)
- Then, Phone to discuss and clarify all work requested in e-mail.
- This will create work efficiency and move project ahead quickly for best communication of job requirements.
- Installment payments* and simple cost calculations!
- To calculate payment, budget for level of design service work. Include $1 for each trip mile, $1 per minute on location work time, and material costs if known. Balance will be billed at job completion.
- Select Artwork Service Budget Level 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or combine total time of service, trip, time estimate, design description, location of site work etc.
- *Balance of work payment not estimated is due as each “project phase” is completed. Such as additional services, materials and extended work.
What will it cost?
Fees are charged for Artwork Design, proofs and concepts, surveys, consulting, vinyl letter installations, trip charges and other service work labor time etc.
Rate $60/hr for senior design time, design, survey, consulting, install work etc. Rate $40/hr for junior designer. $65/ hr Trip Charge. $1/ mile. $ 35 minimum.
Full payment required when placing order at shipping time on standard products. Custom design requires Minimum payment of $35 or 50% of estimated budget required to start work on graphic design order. Full payment required on balance at shipping time. We can send money request via PayPal or Credit card payment over phone. Established business accounts will be Invoiced with balance due upon receipt.

Colors shown in catalog, print or on web are for representation purposes only. Actual colors will vary in different lighting conditions, on different monitors, or printed surface media. We output print through color profile management software for consistent output. Reprints with color revisions can be made if you like at regular price. Discouts available for large quantity quotes. Color proofs available for a minumum $35 fee. We retain copyright on all new original designs including proof concepts. Final copyright ownership permissions must be listed in a written agreement. PROVIDE ARTWORK: If you are Preparing Art Files - Please call ahead so we can work out the best design options for setup requirements.
Cut vinyl requires VECTOR based artwork for “CutContour” paths. Vector formats such as (.ai), (.eps) or (.pdf) are best to scale any size. Photo images can be .psd, .jpg, .tif, .pdf, .eps . WE use Adobe CS2 and CS5 web premium. Adobe Illustrator for logos and lettering with a mix of PhotoShop. Web site development with Dreamweaver and Flash Catalyst
Photo illustration print files with die-cuts require the VECTOR CUT PATH to be named “CutContour” as a spot color. Separate layer group. All vector cut paths must be clean closed paths without overlapping path intersection cut lines.
Artwork Delivery. Choose a transfer method: If your file is 1.5MB or less try sending via E-mail attachment. If you have large photoshop files save to CD and mail or deliver on “flash drive” to our design studio.
